Adare Manor (Ireland)

Editorial Layout, Logo & Illustration

A branded editorial publication created as part of the guest experience at Adare Manor, a historic hotel and golf resort in County Limerick, Ireland.

I designed the layout of an eight-page newspaper titled The Manor, together with a dedicated logo and a series of bespoke illustrations supporting key editorial features.

CONCEPT
The logo refers to Áth Dara (The Ford of the Oak), recalling a historic crossing marked by a large overhanging oak which gave the village its name.
This reference provides a simple and grounded visual anchor for the publication, linking it to the place’s history while remaining clear and contemporary in its use.

VISUAL LANGUAGE
Illustrations were developed to accompany editorial content, including golf tips and an afternoon tea feature, complementing the newspaper’s layout with a restrained and narrative-driven visual tone.

(FR) Journal de huit pages conçu pour les chambres d’Adare Manor, resort de luxe cinq étoiles reconnu à l’échelle européenne, accompagné d’un travail de logotype et d’illustrations originales. La publication associe récits, histoire locale et informations pratiques saisonnières afin d’enrichir l’expérience du séjour avec sobriété et cohérence éditoriale.

(ES) Periódico de ocho páginas creado para las habitaciones de Adare Manor, resort de lujo de cinco estrellas reconocido a nivel europeo, junto con el diseño de un logotipo específico y una serie de ilustraciones originales. La publicación combina relatos, historia local e información práctica de temporada para enriquecer la experiencia de la estancia con un tono discreto y editorial.
